Close to a decade and half ago Udara Dharmadasa and Mike Reed, realising the need for well-motivated competent personnel for the IT sector, founded the company in 2007.
We grew, supporting reliable IT infrastructure and development activity across Melbourne. We achieved full customer satisfaction with our services in a relatively short period of time.
In 2012 Thomas Peer Solutions was officially launched. The decision was made to grow in-house expertise with continuous professional development and supplier relationships, to be a complete IT Solutions provider. We became an established and trusted supplier of ‘end to end’ IT solutions to a wide range of private and government clients.
Our growth has enabled us to extend our service influence to reach out further. We have now grown well beyond our roots in Victoria, with regular engagements supporting Australia wide IT infrastructure projects. In 2020 our New Zealand company was launched. We have become a truly Australasian provider, offering a complete range of IT solutions.
How did we do it? We’ve grown a team that thrives on the challenge to ‘get things done’ for our customers. Complete customer satisfaction has been and will be our driving force. We have complimented our own team by developing close relationships with leading IT vendors.
In 2021, after negotiating the challenges of Coronavirus pandemic, while retaining all our staff, we’ve revisited our values and focus. We’ve reaffirmed the drive, reliability, and nimbleness of our team: we really are Thomas Peer Solutions.
