Our Customers Feedback
“The Australian Financial Complaints Authority prides itself not only providing a World Class Ombudsman service, but a cost effective and highly capable Information Systems platform as well. Our recent purchase of the Dell/EMC VX Rail converged infrastructure highlighted, once again, how much we value our relationship with Thomas Peer for both its technical capability, but highly personable engagement model. The entire project was a stellar success.”

SCHOTT Minifab has partnered with Thomas Peer for the last 3 years for our ITs growth requirements. They have assisted in our companies growth through procurement of end points, infrastructure and services. With the migration to Hyper Converged Infrastructure, TP were outstanding because of their clear technical communication, patience and attention to detail. These are qualities that are often aspired to in the IT industry but rarely delivered like TP has for us. They understood what our “Success Looks Like” and went above and beyond to help us realise it.

Thomas Peer Solutions have assisted Arlec with our technology needs for the past 6 years. TPS have assisted with our Lenovo end point roll outs, both network infrastructure upgrades and new Wi-Fi deployments using Aruba solutions, and our Veeam backup solution. TPS have supported our business’ growth and ensured solutions provided have been well equipped for our year-on-year growth. TPS have been very supportive with everything implemented and ensuring the solutions have been fully completed to our satisfaction. I could not be happier with the advice, support and implementation work provided by Thomas Peer to purchase and install our new server infrastructure.
To date we have migrated about half of our virtual servers to the new vpshere cluster and expect to complete all migrations by end of month. The migration process and overall vxRail deployment has been painless and efficient thanks to your technical expertise, project management and sales support. I look forward to working with you again on future projects.

The Thomas Peer Infrastructure Server Refresh Project, spanning from December 2023 to January 2024, was a comprehensive and collaborative effort by both Haileybury and Thomas Peer. The project involved multiple phases, including racking and stacking servers, configuring licenses, and migrating virtual machines spanning Haileybury’s campuses across Victoria, including Keysborough, Berwick, Brighton, and the Haileybury Rendall School in Darwin, reflecting the scale and complexity of the undertaking.Weekly project meetings were held to ensure all tasks were on track, with detailed updates and action items shared among the team. The challenges were considerable, ranging from the logistical complexities of hardware and cable deliveries, installation across geographically dispersed locations, and managing access and licensing issues to the delicate task of decommissioning legacy equipment.Despite these obstacles, the combined teams demonstrated exceptional resilience and technical acumen to keep the project on track to meet deadlines, with the final completion and sign-off scheduled for January 31, 2024. The collaborative efforts and regular communication from the team at Thomas Peer were crucial in navigating the complexities of the project and achieving the successful outcomes that we were after.
